Day 4 - feeling drained.

I'm definitely starting to feel the affects of eating such a restricted diet. Relying on mostly carbohydrates, with minimal protein and sugar has left me feeling completely drained. During my afternoon break at work I actually fell asleep several times and had to keep waking myself up, which isn't like me at all, I struggle to nap even when I'm hungover and I'm a university student!
I also made the mistake of watching Master Chef this evening, which left me longing for any form of  meat or a chocolate orange fondant! Again today's meals were very repetitive, I ate almost identically to the day before, although I did treat myself to one of my bananas in my morning porridge. However this was slightly disappointing, without added sweetener and cinnamon, I was left wanting more. Just one more day to go, but I'm beginning to sense tomorrow is going to be the hardest of all!
