Day 2 - Not such a great day...

When I'm home for the holidays I work full time for the Devon School Library Service, today was my first day back at work and it was hard. In all honesty I'm really regretting taking on the Live Below the Line challenge whilst working 9-5. At first I thought it would make it easier, as I would be busy and not thinking about food, which I suppose is true, but at the end of a long day of work all you crave is comforting food and when this is taken away from you, grumpiness is the only outcome. Also not being able to fuel my body on coffee and tea throughout the day has left me drained and unable to concentrate on my work. But I will stop moaning as at the end of the day this is only 5 days, there are people all around the World where this is their reality everyday. Suck it up Kathryn.

So here's what I've eaten today...

Breakfast - Porridge and water (again).

Elevensies Break - 2 Rich tea biscuits (I already have the feeling I'm never going to want another rich tea biscuit again after these 5 days, which is upsetting as they used to be my favourite!)

Lunch - Re-heated vegetable soup and a roll (after moving books around all day, this didn't really fill the gap in my stomach).

Dinner- Penne pasta, with 1/2 tin of baked beans, mixed veg and a poached egg (after a long hard day at work when I first saw this I honestly wanted to cry, I was craving chocolate but 2 more rich tea biscuits for dessert had to suffice!)
